CRO Short Story Competition

 

Goals and Objectives of the Competition:

The aim of the Competition is to raise awareness of the importance of the mother tongue and motivate the younger generations understand the value of their native language. Help them respect their mother tongue, have the desire to learn it, and utilize it in their communications and conversations.

The Mission and Purpose of this Competition

This Competition is designed to strengthen the positive attitude of the younger generations toward their native language as the most important spiritual value; identify gifted teenagers and young students, increase their ability to creatively exploit the richness of the Circassian language in accordance with the proposed conditions. Moreover, the Competition is expected to help enhance the skills of the students in the field of literature and expression and in creating an ingenious texts as well as in employing the native language in creating novel short stories and developing their spoken and written language skills.

The Short Story Competition in Circassian language is named after the well-known author and Circassian Activist the Late Mr. Qoueqoua Nalbi (Къуекъо Налбый).

The Short Story Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is established by the Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) registered in Canada in collaboration with the Adyghea Republic Institute for Humanitarian Studies named after T. M. Kerasheva registered in the Republic of Adygea.

The Short Story Competition in Circassian language (Kabardian dialect) is named after the well-known author and Circassian Activist Mr. Kadir I. Natho (Къадыр Натхъо).

The Short Story Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is established by the Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) registered in Canada in collaboration with the Adyghe Language and Literature Teachers Association named after Kazi Atazhukin registered in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
