Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) – 2026 Small Business Support Program (CRO-SBSP 2026)

The Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Small Business Support Program (SBSP).

Now in its seventh year, this program is designed to support Circassians living in one of the Circassians Republics in the North Caucasus who aspire to start a new business or expand an existing one. The SBSP provides financial assistance and guidance to help Circassian entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and contribute to the local economy.

Eligibility and Application Process

The SBSP is open to all Circassians residing in the North Caucasus who plan to establish or expand a business in the region.

CRO Loan Policy

The CRO has adopted a non-profit loan system rather than direct charity grants, as traditionally practiced by Circassian diaspora organizations. This approach is based on the following principles:

1. It provides borrowers with a sense of stability and financial responsibility, encouraging them to manage their obligations effectively.
2. It enables the organization to establish a sustainable funding model, ensuring continuous support for future repatriates.
3. These small businesses contribute to the local economy, allowing returnees to become self-sufficient rather than dependent on external assistance.

Loan Terms and Conditions

1. The applicant must be Circassian or have at least one Circassian parent.
2. The applicant must be a resident of one of the Circassian republics.
3. The proposed business must demonstrate economic feasibility, as per the financial assessment criteria set by the organization.
4. The loan amount will cover up to 50% of the total project cost.

Required Documents and Procedures

1. Complete the application form available on the CRO website.
2. Submit a detailed business feasibility study, following the official template provided by the organization.
3. Sign the loan agreement with a CRO representative, using the official contract template.
4. Acknowledge receipt of the loan amount by signing the payment receipt form.

In the end, we believe that this relation between the organization, returner and home achieve the interests of the three parties , and the Organization will be able in the future to help hundreds to return to their homeland , and we ask all the members , associations and organizations to continue their supporting for the CRO in order to achieve its goals for it is already an organization for all the Circassians round the world
