The second closing session of the public board meetings took place from (28th February\/2016 until 28th April\/2016).<\/p>\n
Our honorable members:
\nWe were pleased to have you in the end of the second annual meeting of our organization; also we appreciate everyone contributing to the discussions, and we hope that you will maintain liaison with the members of the new administrative board in the next year.
\nHere comes an outline of the meetings results:
\n1. The statement of the administrative board has been approved upon to be one of the organization documents.<\/p>\n
2. The financial report has been approved upon to be the final budget of the year 2015 , and it was also considered as the opening budget of the year 2016.<\/p>\n
3. Mr. Orfan Shoukar Stash has been assigned as the chairman of the administrative board, and Mr. Nour Aldeen Mahmoud Barspay was assigned by recommendation as the
\nvice-chairman .<\/p>\n
4. The formation of the board is as the following:<\/p>\n
– Mr. Orfan Shoukar Stash \/ Canada.
\n– Mr. Nour Aldeen Barspay \/ USA.
\n– Mr. Hameed Abzakh \/ Jordan.
\n– Mr. Ali Baghana \/ Maykop.
\n– Mrs. Tina Abzakh \/Sweden.
\n– Mrs. Gulnar Mousa \/ Canada.
\n– Mr. Hazem Khot \/ Britain.
\n– Mr. Basel Qat \/ Norway.
\n– Mr. Yahia Touk \/ Germany.
\n– Mr. Nart Hakhwa \/ Turkey.
